Description

A concentrated jelly powder with a 1:12 dilution ratio for those who want the lowest finished product cost.

Preparation Instructions

Add 6 litres boiling water to 1kg powder in a mixing bowl and stir until completely dissolved. Add 6 litres cold or iced water and refrigerate until set. If no refrigerator is available use a total of 10 litres of water and allow to set in a cool place.

Ingredients

Sugar, gelatine, sodium citrate, citric acid, flavourant, sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate (non-nutritive sweeteners) colourants including Tartrazine, salt, vitamin C.
