Description

A concentrated custard powder containing sugar and milk powder, so requiring only the addition of water to make a delicious custard.

Preparation Instructions

Mix 1kg Custard Powder with 1 litre water to creamy consistency. Add 7 litres of boiling water to the mix while stirring well. Return to low heat, stirring continuously until the custard thickens to the desired consistency.

Packing

20kg and 10kg woven polypropylene bags with inner liner.

Ingredients

Cornflour, milk solids, glucose solids, vegetable fat, sugar, flavourant, salt, sodium saccharin and sodium cyclamate (non-nutritive sweeteners), potassium phosphate, emulsifier, free-flowing agent, colourants including Tartrazine, acidifying agent.
