A tasty mince like dish made up of texturised vegetable protein (simulating meat), dehydrated onion and fortified gravy powder. A versatile, nutritious meal that can be used as a meat extender or on its own. Serve with mielie pap, brown bread or rice. |

Preparation Instructions |
Add 5 to 6 litres water to 1kg Mince Mix. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve. |
