Preparation Instructions |
Grease well and lightly flour a baking pan (about 30cm x 40cm). Place 1kg powder in a mixing bowl, add 500ml cold water and 120ml cooking oil. Blend at slow speed with electric mixer then beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180° or until pudding springs back when pressed in the centre. |
