A economical and easy to use batter mix powder, ready for use by only adding water. The product is ideally suited for deep-frying meat, fish and poultry. It reduces the absorption of oil as compared to ordinary batters. |

Preparation Instructions |
Add 1,5 litres cold water to 1kg powder. Mix to a smooth batter. For better results let the batter stand at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes before using. |
